From Dream To Reality: How A 17-Year-Old Transformed His Beloved A70 Supra

There are few things in life more satisfying than turning a long-held dream into a reality. For one young man from Germany named Max, that dream was owning an A70 Supra, a car he had coveted since he was just 12 years old. And not only did he manage to acquire the car, but he also embarked on a journey to transform it into his own vision of perfection.

The Dream Begins: Love for the A70 Supra’s

It all started in 2018 when Max was only 12 years old, and after that, these cars grew more and more on him until one day he just said “I don’t want an R33 anymore, I want an MK3!”. The young man shared a story with us about how back in 2021, he found an A70 his dream car in real life and even had the opportunity to help the owner to clean it, an experience that left a lasting impression on him. And if we fast forward a few years, he received the ultimate gift from his stepdad on his 16th birthday his very own A70 Supra. He can’t put into words how happy he was with the gift that he have just received.

From Show Car to Original Beauty: The Conversion Process

When he received this supra it had a custom body kit on it, but our protagonist had a different vision of it. He converted the vehicle to its original body kit, and together with that he stripped away other modifications returning the supra to its former glory. His well-beloved 7M-GTE Euro-spec was painted in Suzuki YC2 3 dark blue metallic color by the first owner of the car which he decided to keep, together with that the car has a 3-inch downpipe, 0.6 bar turbo boost with the original turbo, HKS head gasket with ARP studs, and JAPSPEED springs, among other cool modifications.

A stunning machine, painted in a beautiful Suzuki YC2 3 dark blue metallic that gleams in the sunlight. But Max doesn’t plan to stop there. He continues to tinker with the car, changing out various parts until the car looks perfect in his eyes.

A Journey in Photos: Documenting the Transformation

Along the way, he documented his progress with a plethora of photos. From the day he first got the car, to its days as a wild show car, to the day he removed the spoiler, and to the car meets he attended, every step of the journey was captured in photos. The microfiber cloth he used to clean the car when he first saw it even holds a special place in the car’s dashboard which you will be able to see in the pictures down below.

He continues to work on the car, turning it into a really nice-looking car. And while the car is undeniably beautiful, the journey truly sets it apart. The joy of seeing his dream come to life, these are the things that make owning a car like this so special.

As our young hero, Max continues to work on his beloved A70 Supra, we can’t wait to see what he’ll do next. But for now, we’ll simply admire the beauty of his creation and the passion that went into making it a reality.
